Index (Alphabetical listing of names and topics along with page numbers where they are discussed III. General Contents (Clear division of the sections with markers or tags) A. B. C. D. E. F. G. H.

Portfolio Introduction Reading articles Pedagogical artifacts Reflective writing School information Unit plans and lesson plans Learning material (written and/or audio) Evaluation instruments

IV. Evaluation Teacher evaluation: - Progress made or weaknesses Self evaluation: (for each teaching practice step) - Self- assessment checklists Peer evaluation: (at least once instance) - Feedback on aspects concerning: progress made, time consuming, materials needed, difficulties, etc. Teaching Practice team - 2009
