Properly follows the procedure in raising PURCHASE ORDERS. Co-ordinates in acquiring sale licences, GWP licences etc Carries out creation and delivery of POS displays i.e. GWP (Gift with Purchase), MPO (Multiple product offering), etc in conjunction with the Brand Management; Store operations and Visual Merchandising. Receives all marketing inquiries and will coordinate to Corporate Marketing team.

Organizes and coordinates diary, schedule, meeting, travel itineraries, flight arrangements, etc. Responsible for preparing correspondence and presentations, incoming and outgoing mail, filing and various supply requirements. Answers queries and obtains information, and follows up all pending matters. Maintains confidentiality of market, commercial, personnel and financial information. Arranging all International Business travel for Operations and staff. Coordinates with Travel desk for flights and hotels. Arranging necessary visa for staff/ operations team who will travel to different regions. Handles all contacts clearly, efficiently, sensitively and courteously. Tracks and progress-chases deadlines for department responses/administrative requirements.

HUMAN RESOURCES



Handles and monitors all Personnel action form for all Promotion/Resignation/Termination/including Disciplinary cases/Dept. transfer/ Probationary and salary adjustments.



Receiving Fashion and Footwear E-PAF's from payroll department and will submit to personnel department once received all required documents and approvals . Coordinates with HR Manager, Operations Managers and Personnel department to all Fashion and Footwear Personnel action form.

Tracking all the Personnel Action Form and sending to Area HR manager for updates. Conducting exit interviews to Fashion and Footwear resigned staffs.
