Dear Sir, We acknowledge with thanks the receipt of your above mentioned purchase order. In this connection we wish to inform you that:

1) Please find enclosed herewith our Performa Invoice No. 2018-2019/PI/IN-21 dated 12/02/2019

for Rs.5,60,500.00 2) We hereby accept your payment terms i.e. 30% advance along with order and balance 70% payment after 90 days of receipt pf material. Kindly ensure to release the payment within 90 days after receipt of material. We are also attaching herewith our bank details also (if payment through NEFT/RTGS). 3) We shall be able to provide calibration certificate without NABL with One year validity, where our calibrated Master has a traceability to other National NABL Laboratories 4) Our normal warranty period is for one year only. However as a very special case for you we hereby accept 2-year warranty for you. If you required for 3 years warranty then the rate will be applicable extra for further one year for Rs….. each instrument. 5) Any other changes in Govt. Policy, if applicable before delivery, shall prevail as per applicable rules at the time of billing/delivery. We therefore request you to clarify the above mentioned points and send us 30% advance payment to9enable us to dispatch the instruments by 28/02/2019----.
