Cincom is synonymous with CNC automatic lathes that have a high level of versatility and can handle a wide range of complex machining. The sliding headstock type machines, which are in their element with the machining of long, small-diameter workpieces using a guide bushing, support the supply of bar stock from φ4 mm to φ32 mm. The fixed headstock type machines, which leave only small remnant bars and excel with the geometric tolerances of the workpieces they machine, support the supply of bar stock from φ12 mm to φ25 mm.

Alkart CNC Wizard Alkart CNC Wizard is a computer software package that supports the creation and input/ output of NC programs. It allows you to call on machining process programs that have been prepared in advance. It also features tools such as a simple syntax check function and a function that allows you to re-use frequently used sequences of program code, making your work go more smoothly.

Easy programming with CNC Wizard NC programming is supported in the form of a wizard that incorporates images. Easy programming using dropdown menus describing typical machine processes with pictorial diagrams is ideal for beginners and experienced programmers and it saves a great deal of time when inputting long passages of M/G code.

alkarteditor This is a computer software package that allows tooling lists, machining layout diagrams and NC programs to be managed in combination. Centrally managing these forms of information, which tend to become disassociated can improve working efficiency.

Managing and Printing Tooling Information The tool type and shift amount is input for each tool number. You can create and print an easy-to-understand tooling list by selecting the images of cutters. This input information is managed in combination with NC programs, and if another NC program is selected the tooling information is switched too.

Alkart Alarm Alert Alkart Alarm Alert is a computer software package that monitors Cincom machines connected to the network at a computer and gives notification by e-mail when alarms occur at a machine. If a cellular phone is specified as the notification destination, you can be apprised of the details of alarms at machines even while away from the workplace. To avoid being notified about too many alarms, you can set the time range for monitoring. Because you can get an accurate grasp of the alarm details wherever you are, you can respond promptly.

Notification of Alarm Information Using a Simple Operation Alkart Alarm Alert is used while installed on a computer that is connected in the same network as Cincom machines. Machines can be registered with a simple operation, and if an alarm occurs at a machine that has been set, the relevant machine name and alarm information are notified.

Network I/O function NC programs can be input and output between Cincom machines and a computer connected in the same network as those machines. Because a machining program created on a computer can be transferred to the machine immediately, working efficiency up to the stage of machine operation is improved.

Input/Output Possible at Machines Too You can also input and output NC programs to/from the computer by performing operations at a machine. The operation involved is simple, such as input/output using a PC card or CF card. * In order to use this software, the NC option is required at the machine.
