China has reunited once more, and a new dynasty claimed the Mandate of Heaven. But unlike the rulers of the old, this one comes from the wildish lands beyond the Taklamakan Desert; people bearing fair skin and tall features, and speak in the tongue similar to people beyond the Great Wall. The Satuqids – bearer of the first convert, has capitulated the entire Chinese proper during the warring chaos. Exploiting the weaknesses and ineptitude of waning Ming, they rallied the rebellious warlords and peasants to their side and restoring the tranquility of the kingdom to its rightful glory, promising great riches and opportunities under their rule. They bring new traditions and culture into the floods, especially their great aspiration for their religion. Massive flocks of foreigners from the West begins to flow to the bustling city of Xian, people from Lumi and Tianzhu settled and shared their knowledge and skills never before seen in the history of China. Yet, there are some that dare to defy their rule, pretenders to the Mandate of Heaven and zealots committed to vanquishing the barbarians of their lands presents a huge challenge for the young dynasty. And with the end game of ruling the vast lands for the first time, it’ll be a tremendous endeavor to complete. The dynasty has opened the middle kingdom to a new world: once an isolated and waning power can now project its greatness across the world.
