However, he took initiative to determine which students needed remediation during small group instruction. This is why I was able to give him a superior rating for that objective.

Q21 Please comment on the teacher candidate's overall effectiveness in creating an environment conducive to learning. Mr. Riffle has a desire to keep an orderly classroom. He is willing to point out behaviors that he would like to see changed. I would like to see him try to develop stronger relationships with students, however. The stronger the relationships you have with the students, the more they wish to follow directions.
