Bring it on!

Director, organizer of all our events. Almost all our ideas come from him. He is smart, thinks fast but gets distracted and sidetracks very easily.

Overall in charge. Thinks fast, provides endless hours of entertainment and fun. However, he is self centered.

The only group member that is enthusiastic and takes pride in this work. However, he is easily distracted.

He is good at computer stuff but easy to get distracted

Basically the very first thing we noticed about the canteen is the queue. When people queue up to buy food, everything turns into chaos.

Then, we tried to solve another problem. And that is the arrangement of the chairs and tables in the canteen. Most pupils, for their own convenience, will arrange the tables and chairs in such a way that it is difficult to get in and out.

What have I learnt? What difficulties did I encounter?

Tan Xing Rui: Through the IPW project, my group encountered many difficulties. We often quarreled and we didn't agree with each others suggestion. But after quarreling, the group members would always apologize and try to find a solution. In the end, everything turned out fine and we became closer and better friends by doing the project and tasks given to us.

Yu Bin: I had learnt that everything can be done if persistency is present. Though we faced many difficulties to get the group motivated, we still done a good job.

You Wei: I think we all did a very good job. We had quite a hard time getting the group motivated as there were a lot of other distractions. I think we only spent a few hours of serious thinking and if we can get something like this, I think it is good enough. Our group will appreciate it. I learnt that we have to be equal. No one owes the group anything, and we can't force one person to do EVERYTHING.

Umar : During the process of thinking of the product, I had lot of difficulties figuring out because our group needed a product that was unique. The other problem was that which idea was to be chosen. We fought over whose idea was to be chosen but in the end, we chose what will be the best for the group. I have also learnt that during a team project, problems will obviously exist. To solve the problem, I sometimes have to give in but not give up. I also learnt that if you want the group to follow your own will, you are not going to succeed.
