 Good
morning.
This
is
Film
Fetish.
The
 show
showcasing
some
of
today’s
 cinematic
treats.

 I’m
Nadia
Dunn
and
joining
me
in
the
 studio
today
are
the
director
and
lead
 actor
of
the
new
hit
British
film,
 “London’s
Burning”.

 Joe
Jones
and
Adam
Goulden
join
me
to
 discuss
the
success,
and
their
path
to
 sweeping
the
BAFTA
awards.

 Later
in
the
programme,
Colan
 Belsham
updates
us
on
the
films
to
 look
out
for
in
the
near
future.

 But
first
after
the
success
of
his
last
 film
“A

broke
all
 British
box‐office
records.
Director
Joe
 Jones
should
have
no
problem
getting
 his
next
film
financed.

But
it
seems
 film
making
is
a
fickle
game,
as
his
 autobiographical
picture
about
John
 Prescott
failed
to
find
a
production
 company.
After
spending
two
years
 away
from
the
camera,
Joe

 returns
with
“London’s

 Highly
rated
by
all
critics…
I
am
lucky
 to
be
joined
by
the
director
himself,
 and
the
lead
actor
of
the
film.

 With
the
film
opening
nationwide
in
a
 few
months
time
will
the
country
be
 ready
for
such
a
raw
film?
Over
to
you
 Colan.

Thanks
Nadia.
I
think
that
film
will
 blow
people
away.
I
never
though
I’d
 like
a
film
set
on
a
sludge
trawler,
but
 I’m
a
converted
man.
Anyway,
what
to
 look
out
for.

 After
just
over
12
years
in
the
making,
 James
Camerons
new
film
Avatar
is
 going
to
be
released
on
the
18th
of
 December
(which
is
our
producers
 birthday).
He’s
managed
to
pioneer
 new
technology,
and
is
set
to
 revolutionise
the
cinema
industry.
I’ve
 been
excited
about
this
for
the
past
few
 months,
but
since
the
trailer
I
almost
 cannot
contain
myself.
Although
with
 all
this
hype
it’s
got
a
lot
to
live
up
to.

SWING
TO
2/S
GUESTS

 2009
is
defiantly
the
year
of
Nines.
 District
9,
Case
39
and
now
9.
It’s
 return
to
animation
for
Tim
Burton.
 He’s
only
producing
this
but
it
is
 looking
very
entertaining.
Set
during
 an
apocalyptic
future
and
it
having
 some
voices
over’s
by
talent
such
as
 Elijah
Wood,
I’m
sure
this
won’t
 disappoint.

 Finally,
the
last
film
this
week
is
Disney
 PIXAR’S
Up.
This
adventure
film
proves
 that
PIXAR
can
do
no
wrong.
Although
 starting
with
an
older
protagonist
the
 film
swiftly
moves
into
a
barrel
of
 laughs,
twists
and
turns.
If
you’re
 wondering
what
to
do
with
the
up‐ coming
half‐term
week
I
would
highly
 recommend
this
film.
