No. ____), situated in __________________________________________. x x x containing an area of __________ (____) square meters, more or less. x x x “ hereinafter referred to as “TRUST PROPERTIES”; copies of the foregoing Transfer Certificates of Title are attached hereto and made an integral part hereof as Annex “A”,”B”, “C” and “D”; WHEREAS, the TRUSTEES are holding title to the TRUST PROPERTIES in favor the TRUSTOR; NOW, THEREFORE, the TRUSTEES hereby confirm that they hold title to the TRUST PROPERTIES strictly for and in behalf of the TRUSTOR, and they will hold and administer the TRUST PROPERTIES for the benefit of the TRUSTOR, and will deal with the TRUST PROPERTIES strictly in accordance with the written instruction of the TRUSTOR, and to hold and account for any proceeds or benefits obtained from the TRUST PROPERTIES under the instruction of the TRUSTOR.
