Recruitment & Training Candidates with • Consistently good academic record • A passion to be in Financial Markets and make a career in it • An understanding of basic concepts of financial markets and products • Ability and willingness to think independently, work hard and learn • Candidates for the Rising Lions program should ideally have around 1 year work experience post professional qualification not necessarily in Financial Markets. However those passing out this academic year may also apply.
Training Program – RISING LIONS • A Financial Markets training program • A structured program designed to hone concepts in Financial Markets, Product Knowledge and Sales & Trading Skills • Spread over nearly 12 weeks and conducted by leading market practitioners, senior people from ING Group in India and other major locations and includes a stint in ING Singapore. • Learning tools including reading material, classroom sessions, attachments to various desks and net based learning modules specifically developed for ING
On Job • Will involve gradual scaling up of responsibilities. Emphasis on individual initiative and delivery against set objectives & milestones • Career prospects include greater responsibilities and movement to other desks within ING Group in India or overseas. • Growth is completely a function of individual performance and consistency
