PARA LEGALIZAR LA FIRMA EN NOTARIA
Pidieron: 1. Vigencia del poder. No nos dieron en SUNARP porque no está registrado, se registra poder con Parte Notarial. Al final dejamos la copia literal del registro en la Notaría. FALTA DEJAR LA COPIA LITERAL ACTUALIZADA, QUE ESTÁ PARA PEDIR EN SUNARP Y DEJARLA EN LA NOTARÍA. 2. Copia del DNI. 3. Ficha ruc. 4. Pago: 36 soles (+ 10 soles).
PARA EL PRÉSTAMO Pidieron: Que la Notaria haga el trámite para registrar. Ellos deben inscribir en Registros y entregar copia literal más testimonio. HAY QUE PEDIRLES EL NUMERO DE TITULO Una vez se confirma que está Inscrito: RECOGER EL TESTIMONIO EN NOTARIA Y SACAR COPIA LITERAL EN SUNARP. Luego ir al BANCO CON: 1.DNI. 2.Testimonio o acta. 3.Copia literal vigente.
