TPP Mission and Vision The Transfer Partnerships Program identifies and supports prospective transfer students from California community colleges and assists them in enrolling at the University of California.
Increase UC visibility at area high schools and
community colleges that have traditionally low UC-transfer rates. Assist students to locate resources at their community college and the four-year university to help ease the transition from the CC to the four-year university. Provide comprehensive advising so students feel confident and able to achieve their
