have the possibility of opening and closing the relay RL1 contacts, when the

metal surface is touched. This circuit built around IC 4011. LED1 indicates the status of the relay. The supply of circuit is +12V, the IC1 is supplied with 3.9V fall of voltage that is ensured by combination R5 and zener ZD1. For more good results the suitable value of R1 should be determined.
