October 2017 Felt the need to help my sister Sophia get a Visa to US Canada or Europe, it didnt matter where basta I wanted her to experience travel and show her that it's possible. She was just denied of Canadian Tourist visa together with my other sister Tricia. Soping was sad and I didn’t want her to lose her gusto of trying again, to travel. Soping was the one was affected of the Canada visa rejection while Tricia was just chill about it. So I searched for different agencies, bumped into Ideal Visa Charity Delmo but took time to get back to me so I lost interested and went into looking and messaging/emailing others. October 2017 Discovered Elna's The Clever Filipina - where she together with her friend Isabel Lavaro her TNT friend in chicago. Chatted with Elna from TCF's Facebook at first then went over chatting with her to her personal Facebook account. Established that she will send an official invitation for my sister Sophia to attend their yearly Fundraising Gala in New York City. Emailed Elna on Oct 18, 2017 (Email forwarded to you, screenshots of chats on drive) October 24, 2017 when Sophia filled up the Visa assistance form of TCF and received a copy of the form (Email forwarded) I was convinced of the idea that I will let Soping/Sophia attend the TCF Fundraising gala in NY City on Dec 16, 2017. Elna said it was about showcasing filipino artists and designers. Soping is an artist and she was excited of the opportunity. Elna said the profits will used be to help filipino community sa US. October 23,2017 Elna replied to my email saying that she was able to convince "Everyone" that Soping can pay via PSBank account since I don't have a credit card to pay for it online or do bank transfer that time, I couldn't just leave the house, I was heavily pregnant. On her email showed PSBank account of WGS. (Email forwarded) From October 18, 2017 Elna and I have been chatting for Sophia's appliccation, the planning. I had tons of questions because I was excited, happy for my sister but at the same time nervous kay its 25k but Elna has assured me she is legit and even offered to do video chat or include mama sa mock interview for Sophia para daw mama wont think its a scam. December 2017 Sophia went to NYC but didn't attend the Gala coz the Fundraising Gala was Dec 16, 2017 and her flight was Dec 18, 2017 Elna said its okay and not to worry so much if she missed the event since being granted the visa is victorious enough. kay we had issues looking for an affordable ticket for soping to attend the Gala and at the same time okay for her to take leave from her work. Communicated with Elna since then almost daily, updated my Sophia and Eulia about what elna does etc. Dec 6 2015 We arrived here in Ecuador, felt alone and took me time to adjust since I had to stop my online work. Not used of not doing anything, I felt down and missing my family and life in PH. Elna and I chatted how much we could relate to each other's situations both being married to foreign husbands and no family in the US. She even told me that her whole family has US visas later I found out only her parents have US tourist visas while Eula tried to apply 2 or 3x and rejected latest US visa application May 2018 together with Jo Tecson as WGS HR. I was in Florida with Elna that time. (Emailed their cover letters and screenshots on Drive) Elna has made me feel familiar and comfored that whatever homesickness I was going through is part of the journey and that it’s important to have something to do, something that I can call mine. I’ve always worked as a freelancer since 2007 and comfortable of the fact that I earn my own money but felt sad when I could barely understand the language when we got here. The chance of applying for a work here was close to zero.

Elna talked about being empowered to be able to own and run businesses, own her time and help filipinos through her businesses and orgs. It felt like it’s what I needed to hear. She asked me if I want to do business - along those lines, if I have tried doing business. I said, I don’t have experience and I don’t think I can. The only business/entrepreneurial experience I had was in the Philippines where I bought bags and shoes, tried to sell it to friends and families but end giving them as presents or sold them lower than what I paid for. I felt bad overpricing and I didn’t like the idea of stocks sitting there for days. I just gave them away to families as birthday or christmas presents and with that, I realized I can’t do business. She laughed at me and said it was funny. She talked with business wisdom, just like a business owner with a lot of experience. She has shared her past business adventures of doing it alone where she end up crying alone in the bathroom for not knowing how to fix things or what to do. Even with her success, she showed to me her vulnerable side. I looked up to her as a rockstar juggling motherhood and entrepreneurship and admired that she showed her vulnerable side. She told me that she never chat with clients but with me and Sophia/soping she can’t seem to ignore us that even her husband noticed. We chatted like real long time friends who couldn’t wait to update on each other’s day including photos of our families, mostly mine. December 4, 2017 I gave birth and continued to chat with Elna, she shared about how she wasnt able to meet Sophia in NY because of an urgent business trip with Marly - Lynel's school mate in NY who has her own visa agency company. Lynel introduced them around November or December to partner with the hopes that they can help each other build a visa agency. January 2018 I decided to join Elna with her visa agency business plans. She spoke a lot about partnering with Marly that’s the reason why they went to ICEF to either build a new visa agency or just work together and yet separately - having their own agencies. She has shared to me how Marly hasn’t responded to her messages, how she’s become frustrated of waiting. I asked her if I can join them but I don’t have millions to offer. Elna said I don’t need millions and that she will send me a breakdown of how much we would need to start it. (Chat transcripts on drive) She said she can’t wait to start it and as soon as we get the funds we start it kay she has a team in Dumaguete which is WGS who can build the EVS Website for us. Elna sent me income projection for EVS and told me how big the market is. (Screenshot of specific projection on drive) Janaury 9, 2018 I did my first wire transfer to her bank account $3750 my 50% of EVS (Bank receipts scanned and emailed) Febuary 2, 2018 we started EVS, brainstormed with what to call it, the logo etc. She had a homebased graphic designer named Vanya from Cebu whom she asked to design the logo for us but we end up using the one Elna designed. She had her WGS team make the EVS website to which right now I don’t know if it’s true that the WGS team doesn’t know the logins of the website. Most likely Elna created it herself. (Chats on drive) We had a groupchat on Facebook that I named Empowered Visa Solutions, in it is me, Eulia and Sophia. Elna wanted or liked the idea of having my sisters join us to help braindstorm and so that there are also people on ground to help manage the operations and hopefully open a branch in CDO. (Chats on drive) She asked if I want to be the President I said no because I have no business experience and I am not comfortable with the title. She asked if I have contacts in CDO and if I wanted the first branch to be

opened there, I said no because I am not well connected in CDO better in Duma since she already has her team there WGS and her sister Eula (Chats on drive) Sophia was impressed of how fast the website was ready and Elna replied “Money loves speed” The plan was to have Sophia and Eulia to have “Sweat equity” 20% so the finances were from me and Elna but Sophia and Eulia would help operations or in any way they can and will be given 10% each as the businesses grows. My sisters said yes - they trusted me. But they were both so busy with work and school that they couldn’t commit and it was totally fine with me I understand. So ending was it was just me and Elna with supposedly $3750 of shares capital each according to the partnership agreement of EVS but I wasn’t shown any receipts of expenses (Spreadsheet shared and on drive) Febuary 2018 WGS agents Nikki and Yumi helped us with setting up EVS, wrote the handbook, agent process and interviewed applicants as EVS travel consultant. That was Nikki’s last 2 weeks on WGS before she resigned. Yumi was left to help us with the operations and helping the newly hired EVS agents “Michelle and Peggy” in the office, even during the first orientation that was done in Portal west office. (Photos of the first orientation & EVS agent process on drive) We were busy talking with Michelle, Peggy and Yumi getting EVS going, planning calendar of events for orientations on different schools. Elna wants to do a roadshow - I don’t know what that is so I had to Google and realized it’s a series of events. Elna used to call me often on Facebook messenger to tell me of a school she thinks would be a great partner to have. She called me to tell me that Care Hope College’s Nursing Bridge Program wa sa game changer. We both got so excited, super excited and couldn’t wait to market and get it out there to all Filipino nurses who could benefit of the program. I know there are tons of nurses who ends up working on department stores just to have jobs. I didn’t realize that the Bridging Program was an Associates Degree. We told Pegg and Michelle to market CHC as if its the best program out there. We did not even know all the details yet that’s why one NCLEX passer paid to enroll for the program, later we realized she couldn’t because she’s already an NCLEX passer - we had to refund her 17,500 pesos which took forever and the client’s husband had to go to the WGS Portal West office angrily demanding for the refund for his wife. The client has repeatedly emailed requesting for her refund. Elna kept instructing Angel to tell the client that her money was deposited to her BPI account already. The client also kept replying that there was no deposits made, she didn’t receive anything. The client was already in Australia as an International Student and still was fighting for her 17,500 refund from EVS. Angel was on the front line when it comes to client concerns and questions even to school inquiries. I didn’t like the idea that we would be advertising schools that we don’t even know the full details on what they offer, how much, do they have Filipino international students but didn’t like asking Elna why were doing it that way. She would instruct the agents to email the school representatives to ask the questions that clients asks. Febuary 2018 I got curious of her WGS business. She talked about what was needed to fill in the gaps. This time she already knew my online marketing experience. She already knew of my invite by Nas when he was in Ecuador. She also already knew about the Galapagos campaign I did for Galapagos Luxury Charters and invited 8 influencers from different categories which included her favorites The Bucket List Family - she said she was impressed and made me felt like I was the one that was missing in WGS. Where Eula handled operations and Jo handled the people and she “Elna” took care of sales. I spoke about taking care of the people is so important based on my experience with a US digital botique agency

before who implemented PTO - Paid Time Off. She said she agrees with me and would like Eula and Jo to understand that concept and that’s why she runs with the hashtag #unBPO. She gave me income projection of WGS at first via chat using the 5% shares computation that I planned to buy. So in less than 6 months I would be able to get my ROI. She explained not as fast as EVS would earn but at least it’s consistent. I was convincded I could earn, be a part of something where I have some knowledge - digital economy. I told her I had no formal training, all self- taught so I couldn’t gaurantee numbers and results because I do things organically. March 18,2018 Received her projection via email and told her that if I’d be earning that much with the 5% shares then I won’t mind buying 15% total shares since it looked like I’d be able to afford it soon. My plan was if I was earning $1k plus with 5% and it grows monthly then maka pay rako sa amount of 15% if I won’t collect that earnings of the 5%. I asked her if I was correct on that but she never replied. She replied the next day and changed topic. I paid for 15% by sending her $7,000 so I don’t owe her of the 15% shares that I wanted to buy and so I also would be able to get the income shares. March 23, 2018 Asked about what to do with the WGS shares agreement, she asked me that I can sign and just upload to Docusign. Feb, March, April 2018 all talks about WGS growth that we can barely keep up with client demands on the number of agents needed but there’s not much talents to hire. Delayed growth because of renovation of the other office. Needs more laptops for the number of new agents needed for the new contract. April 2, 2018 she told me about a new client who wants to train 50 agents so we’re almost at 100 agents to hire. I thought WGS is really growing and with all the client talks and contracts closed talks, I thought I was in good hands and that I’d earn my investments back no worries so April 4, 2018 I asked my husband to deposit $7,000 to Elna’s account to cover my 15% of shares of WGS. I sent a photo of the bank receipts April 6, 2018 First mention of Direct TV but it would be sales account. Mentioned TCF’s Vlogging workshop with Yumi faciliating the event where a Facebook post by a cebu cafe owner went viral featuring Elna, The Clever Filipina for not following on the agreements of the payment of renting the venue. (Facebook link is still available for public viewing) April 8, 2018 finally my $7,000 deposit arrived to Elna’s bank account because I asked her if it already arrived and it did, she sent a screenshot and acknowledge it arrived. April 9, 2018 Elna called me to share about a NY client/investor who wants WGS Puerto Rico. I was happy and excited to hear the news that we would be able to empower WGS Dumaguete agents by sending them to PR to train. Feb, March, April, May 2018 The agents are having difficult time closing sales. Both Elna and I realized it’s not that easy to get leads to say “Yes” well at least to Elna it shouldn’t be that difficult as she was apparently closing sales left and right. We would try to call the agents and ask them how we could help them to close the sales with leads who messaged on EVS Faceook or attended the school orientations. To sum it up, I have no idea how much EVS actually earned. Every time a client paid, it goes straight to Elna because the client’s relative in the US sent it to her bank account or it was paid to Angel and she hands it over to Jo who then deposits it to Elna’s account, the PSbank? Or her US bank account? I honestly, dont know.

I kept telling myself and I understood that it would sound crazy if I’d expect for ROI that early. She told me that we would do a financial check after a year so that’s why I didn’t bother asking. May 2018 She asked me if I could go to the US to meet and visit CHC as the Nursing Bridge was the best program EVS could offer to filipinos and to attend the Business Expo in Chicago where we would also meet her friend Isabel. She booked my flights but I paid her when I arrived in the US. It was about $745 roundtrip. She said it’s okay to just pay $500 because the $245 can just be deducted from my WGS shares She started telling me that EVS is on the red and had to borrow money from WGS to cover agents salary and office rent.
