Warning: Reduced Load Restrictions on Roads in Effect March 18, 2009 –The Ministry of Transportation’s Provincial Reduced Load Regulations are in effect as of Wednesday, March 18 in Zone 1B only. Heavy load restrictions also apply within the City of Thunder Bay beginning Monday, March 23 at 8 am.
