THE TENSES Tense is a form taken by a verb to show the time of action or a state.

TYPES OF TENSES  There are three types of tenses. 1.Present Tense 2.Past Tense 3.Future Tense

PRESENT TENSE     

Present tense refers to the present time. I call. I am calling. I have called. I have been calling.

PAST TENSE     

Past tense refers to past time. I called. I was calling. I had called. I had been calling.

FUTURE TENSE     

Future tense refers to future time. I shall call. I shall be calling. I shall have called. I shall have been calling.
