Dear Student/Friend, Happy New Year!!! It's 2009 and we are expecting this year to be better than ever, as we have so much in store for our students and supporters. We hope that your new year has started with a sense of rejuvenation and great spirit! We encourage you read carefully the following information. Let's get right into the exciting new improvements with PCSC....

Class Improvements We have reviewed your concerns and suggestions. We are excited to announce our new class cycles! Effective Thursday Jan. 15, 2009 the following classes will rotate on an 8-week cycle: Beginner 1, Beginner 2, and Intermediate. What does this mean for you? Each class mentioned above will operate on a 8-week session basis. Students will only be allowed to sign up for a class on the first day of the 8-week session. Once a student has signed up for a class the instructor will provide complete instructions of all steps for that class by week 8. No students will be permitted into the next level class until registration reopens for the next 8-week session. When and how does a student move to a new class? Once a student demonstrates the ability to execute the steps taught in their current class they can move to the next level. However, entry into new classes will only be permitted at the first class of each 8-week session. If a student enters a class in the middle of a session they assume the responsibility for catching themselves up as it will not be the instructors responsibility to reteach previous lessons but only review. They will also be charged the full price for the class and no prorates will be provided. Why is this change necessary? Many students have expressed a concern with a start and stop point for classes. We believe that establishing such brings value to the level of instruction that the student receives. Therefore, we desire to provide an environment that allows the students to grow.

On the Vine Class Improvements! Calling All Linedancers What to Expect

PCSC 2009 Fee Schedule Effective January 15, 2009 all students registering for 8-week sessions will receive membership cards at the beginning of a session.

Non-Cardholders $10 per class Cardholders All classes will operate on an 8-week session basis with two payment options: $30/ 4 weeks (2nd at Payment due week 4) $58/ 8 weeks A party will be held at the end of each 8-week session to celebrate students that have successfully completed the session. NEW LINE DANCE CLASS Calling all line dancers! Starting January 22 and every 4th Thursday thereafter, PCSC will host a line dance class. This class will take place after our ballroom class and will be held at Ramses Temple. This class will be free for cardholders and those that attend class on 4th

will be given at that time. Our Sponsor

Winter/Spring Session Start Dates

7:00 pm - 7:15 pm: Sign In and Registration 7:15 pm - 7:25 pm: Warm-Up 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm: All Level Classes 8:30 pm - 9:00 pm: Show & Tell (Line Dance on 4th Thursdays) 9:00 pm- 12:00 am: Social/Open Dance (Great time to practice!)
