The Damsel I Woo Streaks of light through her looks As yellow beams of the morning sun Ere a minute about towards the books Did I move poured on me the tension to shun. She leaned her delicate hands on her tender cheeks As beauteous and round as ruby halves of an apple When up, I rose my head and spied her meeks Like of doves and tiny calves free from supple As I bedecked my countenance with a single sealed smile As a reflection in akin radiance to her eye-sent errand Angels of smile with the glorious rank of file Danced on her crescent lips rich in jocund. Abruptly faffled this diverse universe For her invincible heavenly bliss Her vestal virginity is no less tense To slightly offer me a prayer of kiss. Hence the day in that sole night perturbing me with no sleep Twelve months in their infant creep waved apart Yet the harvest of my inundating hopes to reap To her slumber chamber I made a stealthy start. As the grey-eyed morn smiled on the frowning night Chequering the eastern clouds with whirls of light Tickled by dreamy night with insolent sigh Veiled my love her dismantled paps in x-ray shy. Shut the couch curtain at my sudden glance Clasped her charming complexion in utter abash With the stringe of her silk sari twinkled as the face of a newest lance When a wave of whisper through my lips moved to her in rash. The vocal chords unvibrated run offer me lest concede me die Thy heart. Creeping the canopy down her half closed eyes With the trembling bustle of shy muttered “I am bound to thy tie And thee follow through out the worlds you go in all dyes. By the this even by meet me at Eden Where thy sweet heart will await and thee to gladden Forgive father witin leave me now my lovely moon Least here you be cought likely soon.”
