Meet releases planned schedule with the required quality Meet Releases Quality Criteria Build a "real" work plan - taking into considaration all the risk,cycles etc Do a real risk based testing in order to focus on the risky thing in point of view of testing. Define quality objective to each release Define process for change management Daily monitoring (management; progress; overall status; TIRs; etc.) Testing optimization with the deployment group On going lesson learn System Availability: 99.994% Define it as an exit criteria for each release Decreasing gap between Closed and opened TIRs in all products Close all new inherited defects per release “Leakage rate” - less than 5% of bugs detected and fixed during all the OneTG testing sessions are “leaked” to testing customer Lesson learn from defects that found in the internal customers and what can be improved in our testing teams (TD's,Lab configuration) Review the TDs with the projects in order to ensure that we cover "Field issue" "United" definition of defects standartdocumanation,SW etc
