III) Any damage injury or loss arising out of the leakage of the piping wring and airConditioning system in the said premises in the building. 5.5) All cost and incidental to be preparation and completion of this agreement including stamp duty shall be borne by the tenant and it its further agreed that all costs and disbursements incurred by the landlord in enforcing his rights hereunder in the event of any breach by the tenant hereof shall borne by the tenant. 5.6) Any notice in writing under the terms and conditions of this agreement to be sent by either party here to the other shall be by hand delivered or prepaid registered posts send to the respective address and shall be deemed to be sufficiently served at the time when in the ordinary course of post would have been delivered. 5.7) In the event, the Tenant shall require to extend the Tenancy of the said premises upon termination of the said terms, the tenant shall have to give the landlord notice in writing two (2) month prior to the termination of this tenancy, otherwise the landlord shall have the right to retract the said premises when the said terms due. Hence, a new Tenancy Agreement shall be arranged. 5.8) If the rent hereby reserved shall be in arrear for more than fourteen (14) days whether such arrear has been formally demanded or not or if the tenant shall commit any breach of conditions herein stated, then and in any such cases the landlord or his authorized agents shall be at liberty to re-enter upon the said premises or any part thereof in the name of the whole and there upon the tenancy shall be determine.
