You are expected to: 1. Be at work every day Religious school is in session. If you are going to be absent, even for excused youth group events, you are required to email

Arrive at 8:20 am on Sundays and at 3:50 pm on weekdays. Please check-in at the office and receive your daily responsibilities. 3. Fulfill all responsibilities on time: During Religious School hours, you must complete all tasks in a timely manner. 4. Act responsibly: All Madrichim must work together towards the larger goal of ensuring that religious school runs smoothly. During work hours, it is your job to act as a role model by enforcing and following the rules of the Religious school. 5. Dress appropriately: Madrichim are expected to dress in a respectable manner. You are a role model for every child that attends religious school and should dress and act accordingly. Please avoid wearing skimpy tank tops, short skirts or shorts. 6. Be willing to compromise: In order for everyone to have a positive work experience, we ask you to be flexible about the responsibilities you are assigned on each specific day. 7. Assist for help: If you find you cannot complete an assignment (not that you don’t want to do it), you must make sure another Madrichim completes the assignment. 8. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to, completing mailings, inputting data, collecting attendance cards, assisting classrooms, making copies, assisting in arrival and dismissal (the carpool line), disturbing flyers, assisting in preparation for special events, preparing and participating in mifgash, and any other jobs assigned by the Director. 9. Madrichim are required to attend all staff meetings (DATES?). TO TEENS: Please sign below to verify your acceptance of these guidelines, showing you fully understand them and that you are willing to abide by them as a Board member if you are slated. ________________________________________ Signature of Madrichim
