You can earn one salary point by attending any two workshops and completing the required homework. You may earn up to three salary points.

_____________________________________________________________________________ _ For planning purposes, please email the form at least two weeks prior to the date of the earliest workshop you wish to attend. Some of the workshops will run concurrently. Therefore, please highlight or underline the one workshop per day that you are most likely to participate in. This will help us with the ordering of materials. All registrants will be contacted to confirm their participation within two weeks of the workshop. Should you need to cancel, please send an email to address below with one week’s notice. A maximum of 65 participants will be admitted to each workshop on a first come first served basis. Workshops will accommodate roster carrying visual and performing arts teachers as a first priority. Teachers from other disciplines will be contacted if room allows.
