:Firstly Chief thanked to TAM HQ for supporting Youths by giving $5000.00 and

:anounced that this year is Youth & Mahila Year : Importance of attendance by all branch leaders/representative : All Youths must have good relationship with their Branch Chairman : Importance of meeting attire (TAM Youth T-Shirt) : National Youth will not going to organize any events. Requesting all branch to organize their branch programs. National Youth will give moral & financial support if necessary. : Tips on how to develop relationship among youths & members : Request view point or planning for upcoming programs & events from members :All the Youths must learn to read and write in Telugu

3) Rawang Branch ( Mr. Nookiah)

4) Sungai Siput Branch

: 27th Sept, 2008 - having gathering among Rawang Youth (Yuvajana Vinodha Karyakramam), to find more telugu youths. Proposal was submitted to Board of meeting. National Youth Chief promise to sponsor RM100 as an appreciation from TAM(Youth). Promise to sent representative from National Youth. : Planning for Futsal Match within Branches to tighten relationship :Chief welcomed this proposal agreed to sponsor $500.00 and will be coordinate by Nat.Youth V.K : Concentrating on get in more members

5) Selangor Branch (Mr. Subra)

(Future plans);

: Bowling game/gathering at Sunway Pyramid on 28th Sept 2008. Selangor Branch planning to give some moral & financial support to the program organizer "Yuvavanthana Group". : Concentrating on get in more members

6) Kulim Branch (Mr. Praba) : Family Day : 8th Nov, 2008. Printed 8000 tickets. : Issues on interest of Telugu youth decreasing especially in term of financial matters. Chief gave same idea where they can look for some funds from other branches who have more money, less programs 7) Teluk Intan Branch (Mr Raja Rao)

: Concentrating on getting more members

8) Selangor Branch (Mr Narayanan)

: Concentrating on getting more members since the branch is just open.

9) Penang Branch (Mr. Samudram)

: Penang Youth Leader have to step down, so they choose leader. : Penang branch organized "National Gathering (Jalsa Brintham)" after BGM ends. Planning to have trip among youths for fun & to create new relationship

10) South Perak Branch (Mr. Prakash)

: Planning for an annual trip, blood donation & to develop Chiratalu Group

11) Tanjung Malim Branch (Mr. Suresh)

: Concentrating on getting more members

12) Setiawan Branch

: Planning for Blood Donation, Deepavali Kala Raathiri ( December ) & Family Day

13) Speech by Mr Vengkat (Chief)

:Planning to bring in more young girls to our future programs.

Planning for Puteri TAM as one of TAM Youth. Cheif expecting more programs and less meeting. 14) Conclusion by (Mr Mahen)

: Mr Mahen give some tips on how to develop telugu culture. He is giving more priority on writing our name in telugu. Relationship between Telugu youths are very important especially to crate better network.
