American Flight 11 Flight Attendant Betty Ong called American Airlines Phone center in North Carolina. Flight Madeline Sweeney called Logan International Airport and spoke to AA employees. No cell phones were used.

American Flight 77 Flight Attendant Renee May called her mother, Nancy. Passenger Barbara Olsen called her husband, Ted. No cell phones were used.

United Flight 93 Passenger Thomas Burnett, used his cell phone and an Airphone to call his wife, Deena Burnett. Unknown crew member called United Airlines Maintenance Division in San Francisco. Unidentified Female Flight Attendant called Andrew Lubkemann and Richard Belme at the United Airlines Maintenance Division. Passenger Mark Bingham called his mother Alice Hogland. Passenger Jeremy Glick called his wife, Lyzbeth Glick, at his in-laws' residence. Passenger Lauren Grandcolas called her husband, Jack Grandcolas and dialed her father, Larry Catuzzi. Passenger Joseph Deluca called his father, Joseph Deluca. Passenger Todd Beamer called GTE Airphone Operator. Passenger Waleska Martinez dialed her friend, Angie Lopez.
