SUBJECT: National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States Request for Information (Follow up to a Briefing) Attached is the study to determine the demand for U.S. passports by U.S. citizens living in and traveling to Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean, requested by the 9/11 Commission members after a briefing by Deputy Assistant Secretary for Passport Services, Frank Moss.
