(1) Yes, I have seen some finished intelligence reporting in the past year regarding al Qaeda passport and travel services. If I recall correctly, most of the reports I have seen were in Diplomatic Security cables. (2) Every time I see reports that are useful and applicable to the visa adjudication process,/ I meet with the .Vice Consuls to not only brief them, but to discuss how best we may be able to use that Specific information. In our discussions, we agree on how to identify and handle case/a that warrant further scrutiny and possible coordination with other/agencies at post / The information that we have received to date has, at the very minimum, helped to heighten our awareness of certain cases that may be of concern. 1=1
