System Description System 50-Wash Water System 50-00 Wash Water System During BOB first start up phase, Wash water, eyewash and safety shower shall be provided in BOB. Potable water quality wash water shall be provided and it will be stored in the wash water tank of 2 m3 capacity. A motor driven potable wash water pump, with design capacity of 4.5 m3/hr at 4000 kPag discharge pressure, shall be provided to satisfy the requirement for cleaning the platform. Wash water header shall be provided to distribute the wash water requirement throughout the platform. Wash water hose stations shall be strategically located on this header and on each deck to ensure that the hose will entirely cover the platform. An eyewash and safety shower shall be provided and located at the chemical injection pump skid area, chemical tote tanks area and battery area. Eyewash and safety shower shall receive gravity flow water from the wash water tank. A Tank 21TK-5010 is provided with local watch sight glass for level monitoring and a motor driven pump 21P-5020 to supply wash water to the area, Battery, Chemical Tote Tank and Chemical Injection Skid.
