SYNOPSIS “ Importance of Attestation and Registration under TPA ” STATEMENT OF PROBLEM In this project we try to highlight what is a attestation, its importance and its registration under Transfer Of Property Act,1882 and also Section 3 of The Transfer Of Property Act,1882. RESEARCH QUESTIONS In the research, we studied about the witness and who can be witness while signing the written document and also who can be party during attestation of a document. Qualifications of the person attesting the document is also studied. Cases related to mortgage deed were also kept in view as it was related topic to study.
