Tracks    1. Gender Equality in the Workforce: Achieving gender equality in the workplace is  associated with economic growth, increased organizational performance, and increased  ability to attract and retain talent in companies. It’s an issue which affects not just women,  but everyone. For this prompt, create a project that will help promote gender equality in  the workforce today. For example, your project might aim to reduce bias in the hiring  process or remove barriers/discrimination present in the working environment.     Prize: Amazon Echo Dot    2. Local Community: Social good is about using the potential of individuals, technology,  and collaboration to create positive societal impact. Create a project that will help  improve a local community in a substantial way. Example: What is a way you could  improve the the user experience for public transportation systems in Seattle? Your  project may aim at improving clean air, clean water, healthcare, or literacy.     Prize: Polaroid Instax Mini Instant Camera    3. General: We'd like to encourage your creativity, so if you have an idea for a hack that  does not fall in either of the other two categories, you may submit to this track. Please  note that you may only submit your project to one of the three tracks.     Prize: Raspberry Pi Zero Starter Kit
