SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHERS: Your Sunday School Representatives met two weeks ago and discussed some vital information about the new software and class names. Please give your class representative time to speak to your class today about it. CLASS NAMES: Teachers, if your class has not decided on a new name for your class, please have them do so in the next couple of weeks. Your representative will share the reasoning behind this change. Please help us move together as a team to get this accomplished. STRAW POLL: Currently, the church is mailing out 200 copies of The Challenge newsletter. We are conducting a straw poll to determine how many people in our church would like to receive it via e-mail or a link to the website for the newsletter. Please let your class representative know whether you would want to receive it in this way. Our representatives will then turn in those names to the church office for evaluation. Thank you very much for your help.

Find It Here: Sharing Christ Across Kentucky! The Kentucky Baptist Convention will be held at the Severns Valley Baptist Church in Elizabethtown on Tuesday, November 10. The theme for the meeting will be Find It Here: Sharing Christ Across Kentucky. “Find it Here” is a campaign to deliver the Gospel to 1.5 million households across Kentucky in the weeks leading up to Easter Sunday 2010. It is part of the GPS initiative of the North American Mission Board aimed at fulfilling the Great Commission in North America by 2020. Churches will be encouraged to participate in a High Attendance emphasis during the spring of 2010. You will be hearing more about this emphasis after the first of the New Year.
