Remarks The assembly served as the starting point of collaboration between CCS and COEN. Started with a Convocation headed by the Chaplain of the University. Everything was well explained from the Academics to the Student Activities. It was a noticeable satisfaction as it was expressed by the smiles of the CECT students. It was indeed a great night, from the Trailer Parody competition, to the DJ and LED Wall that had moved the new College. performed by the Engineering Students. COENLC had support 100% every university wide activities. Headed by the College Dean, Dr. Ryan John L. De Lara, the event was able to reach its mission – to inform the parents about the life of their child in the University. Dean De Lara, together with the Program Heads, Engr. Harry Bert Rolle and Engr. Galilee Villar, was able to answer the questions of the parents including topics about the CHED memorandum and the curriculum that was about to be changed. Two is indeed better than one as CECT ranked 1st runner up in the Overall Champion. Jayne Andrada and Philip Raphael Siwa both ranked as Champion in Extemporaneous Speaking and Oratorical Speech respectively. They received

In the hallway near Auditorium

an allowance for their competition for the Regionals. Keren Paras won the 1st runner up in Essay Writing. The Engineering students that served as the College representative had been well served by the COENLC, from their art materials, snacks to their lunch. Headed by the COENLC, the Boodle Fight fulfilled the hungry mouths of those who attended the event. It was indeed an epic day for the rain poured in Plaza Acacia so the Engineering students showed camaraderie by bringing the tables in the hallway near the Auditorium.

The Student leaders of Engineering was able to extend help in in the community by sharing blessings for those who are in need. They had roamed around the city to make sure that they were able to maximize the 50 pcs. gifts for kids, 50 pcs. rice meals (Adobo)and 50 pcs. Grocery packs.
