Product/Event Proposal: [Oral health among school children] Background
The event is undertaken to address the importance of dental hygiene, and the huge role it plays on children. Hopefully, with this event students will able to acknowledge the value of their oral health and build on their knowledge, attitude, and practice. Also, with this event, they will be able to raise more awareness by asking questions to an expert person in that field. Objectives.
1.
Increase the knowledge, attitude, and practice of oral health among the middle school students. 2. Interact with the students and answer their questions. Scope
Students will be able to raise more awareness on their mouths health by assessing their knowledge, practice, and attitude on oral health, and comparing the results from the pre-session and post-session survey. Timeframe Task
Start and End Dates
Phase One
Meet with the mentor and the dental hygienist.
1/19/19 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
Phase Two
Work on the presentation with RHD. Madonna
1/19/19- 2/7/2019
Phase Three
Discuss with RHD. Madonna how the presentation will work, and what activities will be undertaken on wednesday, before and after the presentation.
