Joshua Dela Cruz | Norman
Julissa Materan | Pakeeza
is a sophomore BFA Musical Theatre major. His previous credits include Marty in The Full Monty, and the northeastern premier of Elmer Gantry in Kasser Theatre. Josh will also be performing as Bobby Child in MSU’s Crazy for You this November. Thanks to SubUrbia, Mom, Dad, Ate, Alyssa and Marisa for all the support.
is a sophmore at Montclair State University pursuing a bachelor of arts in Theatre Studies. She is very excited to be a part of this production of SubUrbia and is very proud of the cast and crew for their dedication.
Dustin Fontaine | Pony is excited to perform with this talented group of people. He is a sophomore at Montclair State University where he is studying to complete his BFA in acting. Dustin will be competing this fall in the ACTF competition.

Ari Frenkel | Jeff
is a New Jersey area actor with a BA in Theatre from Montclair State University. Scott can regularly be seen working with Cafe Theatre in residence at Tierney’s. He also works frequently with the artistic director of the Abbey Theatre, David Gothard. Scott has also worked numerous times with the New Jersey Playwrights Theatre. He was also Artistic Director/ President of a student run theatre group, called Players, for two years. You can see Scott this summer as Loudjack in the world premiere of Bootstraps by Ben Clawson.
is a recent graduate of Montclair State University with a BFA in acting. He recently won the 2008 National Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival Irene Ryan Acting Competion. He is a proud company member of StrangeDog and hopes you enjoy SubUrbia!

Megan Greener | BeeBee is currently approaching her senior year as a B.A. Theatre Studies major, and has been also seen in Sophie Treadwell’s Machinal on campus. She serves as the production manager of MSU Players, a student-run theatre organization, and has been seen in its various productions for the last three years, some including A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Savage in Limbo. She would like to thank her excellent and talented cast and crew, her family, Artem, and Jorge Cacheiro. Katherine Lee | Sooze is a senior BFA Musical Theatre Major. David Murgittroyd | Tim graduated MSU in May. After winning the KCACTF Irene Ryan Acting Award in 2006, he has spent the last year acting in the Shakespeare Theatre in Washington D.C. under Michael Kahn. MSU: Constantine Big Love, Batboy Batboy the Musical, and Harold The Full Monty. Much thanks to all involved in SubUrbia; friends, family and 109. For your wine! Simone Serra | Erica Simone will be entering into her senior year this September as a Theatre Studies major at Montclair State University. Several theatre credits include: Alma Summer and Smoke; May Footfalls; Meg Crimes of the Heart; and Shelia A Chorus Line. Summer stock:performance intern at the Cortland Repertory Theatre in Cortland, New York. Simone is thrilled to be part of this production and appear again with her immensely talented cast. She would like to take this time to congratulate StrangeDog and give many thanks to Jorge Cacheiro, Artem Yatsunov, her family and Randy, who came all the way from Boston to see her.

Artem Yatsunov | Director Artem received his BFA in Acting this Spring from Montclair State University. For the last 2 years he’s been honing his skills as Director on various projects at MSU, and has staged productions of a widely diverse variety. He frequently collaborates with and assists Jorge Cacheiro, Artistic Director of the Jersey City Theatre Center (JCTC); Artem has worked as AD for Mr. Cacheiro on MSU productions of Charles L. Mee’s Big Love and Eric Bogosian’s SubUrbia, and also JCTC’s World Premiere of Luis Santeiro’s Land O’Fire, Off-Broadway at the Wings Theater. Artem has also collaborated with Abbey Theatre’s David Gothard, and, along with StrangeDog co-founders Ben Clawson and Scott Cagney, participated in Mr. Gothard’s month-long workshop The Paterson Project. SubUrbia marks Artem’s first directing job for StrangeDog, and next up is Ben Clawson’s darkly-comedic thriller Bootstraps, coming this August to Luna Stage in Montclair, NJ.
Anthony Gusevich | Asst. Director is a senior BA Theatre Studies major at Montclair State University. He recently directed Pippin for MSU Players and will be performing in Eurydice this upcoming October at Montclair. He would like to thank Artem and the amazingly talented cast for this great oppurtunity.
Chris Caporlingua | Stage Manager is a second year MFA student in Media Arts Production at the University at Buffalo and works a whole bunch of odd jobs. He would like to thank the cast and crew for the opportunity to be part of this historic event.
Sara Sciabbarrasi | S0und/Light Tech Sara is a Sophomore BA Studio Art student at Montclair State University. On the side, Sara enjoys working with the theatre, and has done Sound and Light work on various MSU Players productions including Midsummer…, Pippin, Rocky Horror, MSU Players’ Improv Troupe MILF, and Set Designer for An Adult Evening of Shel Silverstein.
