Strategic Innovation & Execution Facilitator Anne Asha is the Managing Partner of Quantum Point Coaching, with its head office in Melbourne, and associate offices in Sydney, Perth and Kuala Lumpur. Anne has over 20 years international business management experience including 12 years in senior leadership roles with multinational companies. Anne has extensive experience in strategic and consumer marketing in FMCG and industry - to - industry (B2B) sectors with significant multi national experience and exposure to marketing approaches in Europe, Asia Pacific and Australia. Anne Asha Her key skills include strategic planning, brand management, new product development, and market segmentation with a strong commercial focus to identify growth opportunities. Anne’s experience in international roles include Marketing Director of Tetra Pak Malaysia & Singapore, Business Unit Head of Abbott Nutrition International, Business Development Manager at Norco Cooperative – Australia, Innovations Project Manager at Simplot Australia. Prior to the above roles, Anne was the Business Development Manager with Dumex Malaysia where she held a regional role for development and market launch of a number of new products. Prior to Dumex, Anne was Account Director for Bozell Advertising responsible for accounts like Dumex, Pizza Hut, Bristol Myers and Boh Plantations. Anne’s marketing career in senior product management roles started with Dutch Lady Milk Industries (Friesland International) for the milk powder brands. Furthermore, with Anne’s experience as a Certified Executive Coach, she brings together the Harmony in Coaching and Innovation to a ‘Transformational Level’. As an Executive Coach, Anne brings a new dimension to the corporate environment to foster the importance of transformational change, values, vision and leadership.
