Dear Mr. Willy Sveen Kristiansen. RE: STOP ORDER ON TRANSFER CONFIRMATION: USD $36,400,000.00. A.M. telex report as monitored from the telegraphic department, indicate a STOP ORDER release notice for further confirmation of your funds into your nominated bank account in Pakistan as earlier schedule by the FINANCIAL SERVICES AUTHORITY (FSA) of the United Kingdom, in conjunction with the LONDON INLAND REVENUE OFFICE for the absence of the mandatory local government (CAPITAL GAINS TAX) clearance Certificate. In line with the new financial policies of the FINANCIAL SERVICES AUTHORITY (FSA) and in accordance with the standard monetary policies and regulations of all intra day settlement of high valued payment across the border, that all funds above GBP £1,000,000.00 (One Million Great British Pounds Sterling) OR US Dollars equivalent leaving the UK is regarded as Capital Gains by the FSA. We were further informed that the external audit department of FSA has gone through the transfer of your funds and discovered the absence of the mandatory local government (CAPITAL GAINS TAX) clearance Certificate which they claimed is a necessary condition for us to carry out the transfer of your fund. We therefore urge that hence, your fund is a taxable fund, and the local Government tax clearance certificate must be submitted to the external audit department of this bank as a mandatory pre-requisite for the confirmation of your fund. Consequently, the confirmation application your fund has been rejected until the mandatory tax clearance certificate is tendered appropriately. As a matter of urgency, you are advised therefore to get back to our treasury department for the evaluation of your tax levy and method of payment and a copy of your tax clearance certificate tendered to the External Audit Department of FSA for their necessary references and records purposes. We look forward to having your tax clearance certificate so as to complete the confirmation of your fund. As always, we remain at your complete disposal for efficient, timely and reliable services. Yours faithfully,

DR. CHARLES McGrath Executive Director, Foreign Transfer Department, Interbank Payment Service (SPI) London, United Kingdom.
