Customer Service
My manager received an urgent request from the Engineering business to source archived information relating to a development at Erskine Park, which he delegated to me. I had to retrieve hard copy files from storage and also contact central Archives at head office to review these files to take out the paperwork related to the costs and expenditure of the project. I used the CAMs (network connections) system to also find relevant information on the project. These were all then scanned and emailed to the engineering managers, within the timeframe they had requested. I received a formal acknowledgement from these managers thanking me for my work and enabling them to continue with their project.
