TECHNOLOGY PARTNER PROPOSAL Prepared for Black Knights Angel Fund.

Version 1.0_RFP_ Black Knights Angel Fund (Confidential) Page |1

I. Introduction iProgrammer is pleased to submit this proposal to Black Knights Angel Fund for the development of their web application . We see excellent synergies between us and are excited to be part of this association. We respectfully submit the following proposal (valid till September 2017), which includes information about our capabilities, methodology, example projects and other pertinent information for consideration.

II. Approach and Methodology We approach each project as a true collaboration in ideation - the process of creating new Ideas. We offer our expertise and guidance whenever needed to ensure that the entire process is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. iProgrammer’s commitment to quality is with you from concept through to postimplementation support so you can sleep well both during and after the development process. We believe the ideation process begins the moment we connect with our clients. Our goal is to provide strategies and solutions that go beyond the expected. To make sure we deliver, we embrace the ideation process. Through this process listen hard to our customer's goals (and then listen again).

Management Approach We approach each client engagement using a documented set of policies, processes, and procedures. Each client is assigned a project manager who acts as the primary point of contact for your organization. This project manager guides the project team through the development process to ensure timely and high-quality completion. The iProgrammer team uses a comprehensive set of checklists, tasks and procedures that are tailored to each client. In addition, daily project status meeting are held that focus on answering three questions: (a) What have you done since yesterday? (b) What are you planning to do today? And

Version 1.0_RFP_ Black Knights Angel Fund (Confidential) Page |2

(c) Do you have any problems preventing you from accomplishing your goal? This transparency and daily review of progress mitigates risk and ensures that close management of the project occurs at every stage. Behind the scenes the project manager coordinates with the executive team to ensure service quality. iProgrammer uses many technologies to manage projects, including: Pivotal Tracker, Basecamp, and Skype. These systems allow us to systematically manage complex projects. Development Process iProgrammer will guide Black Knights Angel Fund through the following discovery, planning, design and production process. Adhering to this process will ensure a successful outcome. Our process starts with Phase 0. iProgrammer’s goal in this analytical phase is to define features concretely, determine technology integration specifics, and prioritize features so that investment is made in those areas that will provide the greatest return on investment for Black Knights Angel Fund. 

Hosting iProgrammer does not offer hosting services. We work with third parties whose business is to provide hosting. Our customers have direct relationships with these vendors, although we can manage the relationship should our customer so desire. We generally recommend that clients procure a managed hosting solution. Managed hosting can be for a dedicated or virtualized server environment. By selecting managed hosting clients are able to rely on the hosting provider to manage the network, hardware, and software stack infrastructure 24/7/365 as part of the hosting costs. Launch iProgrammer works with our clients to ensure a smooth launch. We build a detailed launch plan that plans out each step in the process and who is responsible for that step. We will perform a trial run of this process and ensure that the steps work as prescribed. This approach minimizes the chances that an unexpected event will occur and disrupt the process. We also plan for rollback as a contingency if there

is a problem that results in the inability to launch as planned. app(s)/website(s) go live and as planned.

Post Launch Support and Maintenance iProgrammer works with many of its clients to provide ongoing support for their web properties and can provide this same high level of support to Black Knights Angel Fund. iProgrammer prides itself on being able to provide our clients with responsive service. iProgrammer can provide ongoing support at our standard hourly rate of USD 12 per hour for any labour performed on Monday through Friday between the hours of 10 am and 8 pm. For labour that is performed, at your request, after hours or on the weekend is billed at our emergency rate of USD 15 per hour . Alternatively we can also sign a separate long term (minimum 6 months to maximum 1 year) maintenance contract. You are encouraged to request a copy of this maintenance contract. iProgrammer is available to make functional changes, structural/layout changes, design changes or content changes as per the client’s requirement. In addition, we are available to provide ongoing support of any marketing initiatives. The cost associated with this type of support is hard to estimate as these costs are based on usage, which can vary greatly based on the project and the level of iProgrammer’s involvement.

Yep, you’ll like our friendly staff, and quickly learn that if you want to discuss things “technologically” then you will find plenty of folks here who can do it as well as anyone. But, if you don’t have a clue about all this stuff, don’t worry. You’ll find we don’t speak “techno babble” to anyone unless they ask. All files and folders will have necessary permissions. Secure admin section with .htacess protection. Client and server side validations. Basically all input data will be validated. Use of captcha on all the forms to avoid spam. Error logs would be enabled on the server to track any bugs. Creation of sitemap and placement of sitemap.xml at root. Submission of sitemap.xml to Google Webmaster. Credit card information if any collected will not be stored in database. Personal email account would not be used for testing purpose. All sample data will be deleted before the site goes live. Consistency in appearance and functionality across at least the following browsers: IE8. IE9, IE10, Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari on MAC. Site validation with W3 validator. Verification of website with Google Webmaster Tool. Checking of website with Yslow for performance. Security and Vulnerability testing. Responsive design to cater to all devices and resolutions. All pages would be secure that is they would run on https. The client would need to purchase a SSL certificate for this. This SSL certificate is installed on the server.
