STEAMED CARROT CAKE
Ingredients 250 gm butter 150 gm castor sugar 3 eggs B 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 200 gm carrot-grated and weight 230 gm self rasing sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder
Method 1. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. 2. Add in egg one by one and vanilla essence too. 3. Then fold in sifted flour and stir well. 4. Finally add in grated carrot and combine well mixtures 5. Grease and line an 8’’ round mould. Pour in mixtures and steam for 1 hour.
