Whereas unvoiced components have little contribution.  If a person, speaking in the mobile phone, while standing near a generator, will he be audible at the other end? Ans: Depends if the person is speaking with enough intensity to overcome the noise from generator. Which ever is louder, (the person or generator),will get the medium.
