waste water from automotive workshop activities is separated from other fluids, such as oil, fuel. first, the liquid waste is collected in a clarification basin. in the clarifier bath the waste water will settle so that it will be separated from the water. the precipitate formed can be taken periodically. the precipitate that has been taken, dried in a dryer tub which is then burned in the incinerator. then water that is separated from the other liquid enters into the separator or fat pit, in order to remove the remaining oil that is still contained in the water, by slowly flowing the water in the separator, the oil will float on the top of the water and be collected by scraping. inside the separator the position of the water that does not contain dirt is flowed down the separator to flow to the public sewer
