State of the Nation Address ‘09

President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo declaired her state of the nation address (SONA) last july27,2009 at 4:00 in the afternoon at the Plenary Hall,Batasan Pambansa.Before the declaration the national anthem was headed by Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile and he also at the right side of the president while on the left side is the House Speaker Nograles. President arroyo stated that in the first place she did not became president to be popular and she follow all the things that she did for our country,for the economy,the expenses that she spent for the people who suffer in global crisis.On the other side she tackled about the 700,000 families are benifited from “Pantawid Pamilya Program” and 86% of population now covered by health insurance. Her remarkable speech is “My term does not end until 2010,thre is much to do”,said PGMA.She closed her sona for some meaningful word’s, “We must walk together toward the future” and that’s the closing of her state of the nation address,but many people are dislike her mostly the anti-arroyo’s group like the rallyist on the commonwealth avenue.They did not stop to get what they really want and to pull down president arroyo or to resign as the leader of the Philippines.
