Project Description: The Mediation Device System will permit the Packetware employees and authenticated users to collect the Call Detail Records (CDRS) from a switch or server and distribute them to a no of downstream applications like billing and fraud management Systems stored in different computer systems as directed by the operator. It uses very well authentication mechanisms like OS login verification mechanism. The software itself can collect and distribute the CDRS automatically if the operator set properties using scheduler. The MDS is so reliable that if the collection or distribution fails it can alert the operator through e-mail. And in case of any failure in the work, it alerts the user with an email and also writes the error to log file. Responsibilities: • •
