•Strengthen and deepen our relationships through engaging in honest conversation, and information sharing as appropriate, about topics such as collaborative leadership, building leadership in the community, decision-making and expectations/needs from staff. •Prepare for engaging together in an upcoming antiracism/cultural competency/multicultural workshop series that VISIONS will provide this fall (that will assist us in incorporating a multicultural lens in all we do)
