DCS module selection is wrong AI configured for 4 wire DO hardwiring is wrong

Pair of eight-eight signals are getting 24V DC +ve from one TB, it impossible to isolate any one signal for its troubleshooting DI hardwiring Pair of eight-eight signals are getting 24V DC -ve is wrong from one TB, it impossible to isolate any one signal for its troubleshooting Unnecessary Motors like signal a)CWP(Cooling water pump),---Condenser is air allocation in cooler not water cooled DCS b) LRSB, (Long Reversible soot blower)---has local PLC panels c) RSB (Reversible soot blower)---Has local PLC d) RWP (Row water pump) e) EFT (Effluents treatment pump), f) SWP (service water pump) Graphic passed Operation point of view it is not good in FAT is not practical Cable schedule Mismatching between field and DCS signal 50% wrong allocation Poor 1) We require MOV opened and closed feedback but Engineering MCC is configured to send opening and closing coordination feedback between MCC 2) Unidirectional motors are double DO in MCC but and DCS single DO in DCS Poor Inter panel signals require potential free signals Engineering from DCS but DCS ‘DO’ carry 24 V DC coordination for Inter panel connection
