This has reference to Service Policies and Procedure circular IC/PP/0075. Enclosed please find the PARTS RECALL FORM – Revision 1 In case of any new or peculiar failure are reported and such parts are request by M&M Area Ofice or Head Office, parts are required to sent to the requested destination through the fastest mode and/or the requested mode. Refer circular no. 2009-PPC-00128 on policy and procedure for claiming courier charges. Please use Parts Recall Form – revision 1 for sending parts to the requested destination and warranty settlements. Policy and Procedure for sending parts under PRF remains unchanged. Note – “Excel Sheet” of the format will be available in teknetmahindra website in Technical Report Formats.
