SEO Keyword Research Workflow ● AM sends Keyword Analysis subproject to Arvenn via Dashboard ● AM shall include the file link location of the following in Dashboard ○ Content Document ○ Client Profile ○ Website (if any) ● Arvenn will place the SEO Keyword task in the Trello board. ● Arvenn will assign the project task either to PQ and Ivy. ● After PQ and Ivy finishes/completed the SEO Keyword research they will place the link in the comment section and tag Arvenn. ● Arvenn will check the link if all the necessary information was provided. ● Arvenn will send back the following to the AM’s ○ Content Document ○ Keyword Sheet (suggested) ● Arvenn will close the subproject in the Dashboard.
