Vision Sta.Elena High School, a learning institution committed to the culture of excellence, discipline and good taste, aims to produce functionally literate students who are ready for global citizenship. Mission To provide students with quality basic education and the necessary knowledge and skills on Information Technology in their preparation for global competition. Philosophy A disciplined person is punctual, does his / her work without being told, and follows rules and regulations without being watched. Goals and Objectives Provide an effective environment for educational, social and emotional growth for the students, faculty, administrative staff and officers (Facilities Development); Provide a more efficient research and development program on innovative and interdisciplinary approaches in the areas of: Mathematics, Science, English, Filipino and Makabayan (Curriculum Development); Provide programs and projects in preparing the students for leadership and professional roles – at a college level and in our society – with an awareness of social responsibility to the community (Student Development); Provide program and projects for the parents and other members of the community in the formation of competent and compassionate learners committed to the service of the nation and the global community (Community Extension Services); Provide a more functional networking mechanism and linkages with other schools and institutions in the community; Attract and challenge outstanding educators to guide students in achieving the highest standards of Discipline, Good Taste and Excellence (Staff Development).
