Sugarberry Security Bid June 20, 2009 David Williams 10968 E 61st st Apt. 1822 Tulsa, OK 74133

My goal as an armed security guard for Sugarberry is to provide a safe environment for all the tenants. My focus will be to secure the property from unwanted visitors, break-ins, and robberies. I will ensure that these issues will be dealt with in a safe, effective and timely manner. I will do patrols of the property on foot and in a vehicle on an hourly basis throughout the night. I will keep progress notes of all unusual activity. I will provide assistance in any emergency situations up to the extent of my training. I will have a security cell phone number available for tenants to contact me at any time that the leasing office is closed and an open door policy for tenants that have information on crimes being committed in the Sugarberry complex. My job description is not to enforce the law, but to observe and report, as well as deterring crime with a show-of-presence . I will report to city authority as well as the Sugarberry office. I have come up with negotiable terms: Base pay of $2,976.00 monthly and not being charged for rent. I came up with that figure based on a $11.00 per hour pay for eight hours a day, but I will be providing 24 hours of armed security.

I hope that we can agree on this proposal so we can begin making Sugarberry safer for every tenant as soon as possible. Sincerely,

David Williams
