COPY — Normal typesetting at no extra charge. COPY CHANGES — Minor copy changes, such as a name, phone number or branch address, can be made if printed in the same color ink, for $20.00(G) extra for each change, in multiples of 500 pads only. LOGOS, PHOTOGRAPHS, ETC. — There is no extra charge for artwork or copy submitted as a digital file if it is in one of our supported software formats and it does not require reworking. See pages 2-3 for more information and file submission guidelines. Reproductions of photographs, screen or phantom images, including engineer’s screened graphs or cross hatches, or most other phantom prints appearing as a lighter shade of the regular ink color used, cost $18.00(G) extra. INK — All imprints are matched out of four color process inks. See page 33 for a chart of our standard colors. If exact Pantone® color ink is required, please request a custom quote and availability. BINDING — 50 sheets are gum padded to a chipboard back along the width dimension of the pad. SCORE PADS — Game scoring pads can be priced from this list, including gin rummy, bridge, etc. NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME — 10 business days or less from final proof approval. May require extended production time from October through December. DROP SHIPMENT — No extra charge for drop shipment if in multiples of our standard packaging, otherwise add $7.00(G) per location and $2.00(G) per carton.
