The community of Algonac can best be described as suburban/rural. We are located in St. Clair County; approximately 50 miles north-east of the city of Detroit. We are situated on the St. Clair River south of Marine City and north of Mt. Clemens. Graduation Requirements: 23.5 overall credits are required for graduation. Semester credit per course = .5. A minimum passing score is considered a 60% or D-. Minimum course requirement: 4 credits of English
